Our First 90-Days Together

👉 First Month Together—

Learn the goals and priorities of the business, address any fires (urgent issues), meet and get to know the team, gather key elements (software, offers, etc.) of the business and take 3 key items off your plate. Much of this happens when I do the Big Picture Clarity Assessment and am able to identify what we need to focus on to make the most difference.

👉Second Month Together—

Set up and using a project management tool, managing team, and depending on the path based on goals either: hiring a key team player, creating core SOPs or creating a launch/promotional plan and setting up in the project management tool. And you the client are starting to feel a difference in the workload.

👉Third Month Together —

Entire team is using project management tool, team is coming to me and not you, and depending on the path in month two, team member is hired and being onboarded, or SOPs are in progress, or the launch/promotional plan is in place and moving forward. You the client are starting to feel the success of the relationship.

🤯After 90 Days — Things are going smoothly compared to 90 days prior. You feel supported and confident in your team. We now have a 90 day plan (so this takes us through month six) so you the client know exactly what will be happening in your business to drive towards your goals.
